Meatpies are delicious and easy to make.



For the crust, i made a classic 3-2-1 crust using 3 cups four, 2 sticks of butter, a pinch of salt and 1 cup of cold water. Butter is the key here, when you mix the ingredients together, you want big globs of butter in your dough. This way, when the butter melts in the crust, it helps form the layers.  Here is a video on how to make a pie crust.
